Why the Technology You Walk Into Changes Your Outcome
A partial picture
Older dental offices work from 2D X-rays and physical impressions. They give a limited view of your anatomy. Margins for error are wider, and what gets missed can affect whether the dental implant ends up exactly where it should, whether a restoration fits precisely, or whether a problem gets caught before it becomes complicated.
The full picture, first
Dr. Sanjabi works from a complete three-dimensional map of your teeth, bone, and surrounding structures before any treatment begins. That’s the difference between planning with a full picture and planning with a partial one.
What We Use and What It Does for You
Dr. Sanjabi runs a fully digital workflow, from diagnosis and planning through the final restoration. CBCT imaging and intraoral scans are combined for highly accurate implant planning, surgical guides are fabricated in-house, and digital smile design lets you see the result before treatment begins. The payoff is precision, efficiency, and a more comfortable, more predictable experience.
01 · Imaging
CBCT 3D Cone-Beam Imaging
A CBCT scan, or cone-beam computed tomography, captures a full three-dimensional view of your jaw, teeth, bone density, and nerve pathways in a single scan. It takes about a minute and produces far more information than a standard X-ray.
For dental implant cases, this is what tells Dr. Sanjabi exactly where your bone is, how much of it there is, and precisely where to place each dental implant to avoid nerves and maximize support. He plans from exact measurements, not approximations from a flat image.
For patients who have been told they don’t have enough bone, the CBCT scan is often what reveals that more options exist than they were shown elsewhere. A 2D X-ray misses depth. The 3D scan captures it.

02 · Scanning
Digital Intraoral Scanning
Traditional dental impressions involve trays filled with material that patients hold in their mouth for several uncomfortable minutes. Digital scanning replaces that entirely.
A small handheld wand moves over your teeth and captures a precise digital model in real time. The whole scan takes a few minutes, with nothing in your mouth except the wand. The resulting digital scan is more accurate than a physical impression, and it feeds directly into the planning and fabrication process for your restoration.

03 · Photometric
Photometric Impression System
For full-arch cases, Dr. Sanjabi uses a photometric impression system, one of the most accurate ways to capture the exact position of your dental implants. It photographs the arch from several angles and builds a precise 3D map, which is what lets a full set of fixed teeth fit correctly the first time.
Accuracy at this stage is everything on a full arch. A small error early shows up as a bite that feels off later, so capturing it precisely up front is what makes the final result comfortable and predictable.

04 · Smile
Digital Smile Design
Before any work begins on cosmetic cases, Dr. Sanjabi can map out what your new smile will look like using digital smile design software. You see the proposed result on a screen before a single tooth is touched.
For veneers, cosmetic reshaping, or full-arch cases, this means you can see the proposed result, ask questions about it, and confirm it’s what you want before treatment starts. Changes are easy to make at the planning stage. Once treatment starts, adjusting course is a different kind of problem.

05 · Surgical
Guided Surgical Placement
For dental implant surgery, Dr. Sanjabi uses surgical guides planned digitally from the 3D scan data and fabricated in-house. These guides are a precise positioning tool during surgery, directing each dental implant to the exact location and angle planned beforehand.
The result is placement that matches the plan precisely, with less disruption and a smoother recovery. For patients who need multiple dental implants, or who have complex bone anatomy, guided placement is what makes the full result reliable.

06 · Fixed Teeth
Same-Day Fixed Teeth
The digital workflow is what makes same-day teeth possible. Because the 3D scan, digital models, and treatment plan are all built in advance, Dr. Sanjabi can fabricate your new teeth with the precision required to place them the same day as your surgery.
Without this level of pre-planning and digital fabrication accuracy, same-day placement isn’t realistic. The technology is what makes Teeth in a Day a real result.

07 · Printing
3D Printing
Dr. Sanjabi uses 3D printing in-house as part of the digital workflow, producing surgical guides and working models directly from your scan data. Because they come from the same digital plan, the guide that positions your dental implants matches your case exactly.

“Advanced Technology… a More Thorough Experience”
That thoroughness is the point. When patients describe feeling fully informed and well-cared-for, a lot of it traces back to the fact that Dr. Sanjabi has a complete picture from the start and plans around it.
“I came across an ad… I decided to give them a try, and it was the best decision I made! The service is top tier… The advanced technology used in the office makes for a more thorough dental experience.”
